Last Thursday night I was in NY for the VH1 Hip Hop Honors with SET FREE (the official street gucci model), Mos Def and 500 other people with chains around their necks and rhinestones on the their clothes. Shine on hip hop. Shine on!
OH MY GOD! The Show was crazy. This is my 3rd Hip Hop HOnors and this is one of the best. Of course I'm biased with them honoring Too $hort.
But all the performances were amazing (like spiderman). Tracy Morgan is hilarious (almost as much as Set Free)
My vote for performance of the night was Cypress Hill.

Mos Def performed in the Patchwork RBG Jacket from his line that will be in-stores in Spring. Nice sneak preview of what's to come.
